1. The service and this agreement
InfoLedger helps turn documents into information you can review and export. The service lets you upload files, extract text and tables, structure data with artificial intelligence and export results in the formats available in your account. Extraction quality depends on factors including the source file's format, readability and layout.
These Terms govern the use of InfoLedger by individuals and businesses in Brazil. Plan, payment and cancellation rules are set out in the Commercial Terms and Cancellation. Personal data handling is described in the Privacy Policy. You can consult and print these documents at any time.
2. Service provider and contact
InfoLedger is a document processing service available at infoledger.net. These Terms apply to the platform and the features offered in your account.
For support, commercial requests and privacy matters, write to [email protected]. Do not send passwords, authentication codes or documents that are unnecessary to explain your request.
3. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into an agreement. When using the service for a business, you must have authority to represent it and upload its documents. The product serves professional document organisation and processing activities; it is not directed at children or teenagers.
Registration requires a name, valid email address, password and email verification. Keep your details up to date and your credentials secure. Accounts are individual: do not share a password or use someone else's account. If you suspect unauthorised access, change your password and contact support. Two-factor authentication is available as an additional safeguard.
Acceptance of the Terms and acknowledgement of the Privacy Policy are recorded with the document revision, language and date. Acknowledging the Policy is not blanket consent to any use of personal data. That document explains the purposes and legal grounds for processing.
4. Files, features and limits
Currently supported formats are PDF, CSV and XLSX; PNG and JPEG images require OCR and a compatible plan. Enabled formats and permitted file size are shown in your settings and upload area. Plan limits and security limits may prevent a file from being accepted. Results can be exported as XLSX, CSV, JSON and PDF, depending on document settings.
Basic allows the initial AI conversion of extracted text into a table. Professional adds features including OCR and AI editing of data. A listed feature still requires the settings needed for it to operate. Processing failures are shown in your account; uploading a file again may use additional quota.
Business is unavailable in the current launch. Teams, organisations, external sharing, client portals, a public API and Teams or WhatsApp integrations are not part of the current offer.
5. Rights in documents and results
You retain your rights in uploaded files and their contents. Uploading authorises InfoLedger to store, make technical copies of, transmit to necessary service providers, extract, transform and display that content only as needed to provide the service, handle your support requests and meet legal obligations. This authorisation does not transfer ownership of your documents.
Upload only content you are entitled to use. Documents containing other people's data require a legitimate purpose and an appropriate legal basis; sensitive information requires the additional safeguards required by law. The service does not replace those decisions or waive InfoLedger's own data protection obligations.
You may use and export results subject to third-party rights in the original content. The brand, code, interface design and other elements belonging to InfoLedger remain the property of their respective owners. Your subscription lets you use the service; it does not authorise copying or redistributing its software.
6. Reviewing results and artificial intelligence
OCR and AI text, tables and responses may contain omissions, incorrect interpretations or information unsupported by the document. Compare results with the original file before using, publishing or making decisions based on them. Similar content may produce similar results.
InfoLedger is a document processing tool. Its results are not legal, accounting, financial or medical advice. Do not use it for clinical decisions, medical advice or other activities incompatible with the AI provider's rules. The Privacy Policy explains when content is sent to Google Gemini and the processing arrangements offered by that provider.
7. Acceptable use and service protection
You must not upload unlawful or unauthorised content, introduce malicious software, attempt to access other accounts' documents, bypass security controls or quotas, exploit vulnerabilities to gain unauthorised access, or use the service for fraud, unlawful discrimination or infringement of rights. Unauthorised extraction or reproduction of the software is also prohibited, subject to statutory exceptions.
InfoLedger may restrict actions or suspend access to contain a security risk, comply with a legal order or investigate a breach of these Terms. Any action should reflect the identified risk. Where possible, we will explain the reason and contact options before imposing a restriction; where urgency or law prevents this, we will communicate as soon as possible. You may request a review through support.
8. Availability and responsibilities
Maintenance, infrastructure outages and supplier failures may interrupt the service. Processing is not instantaneous and may take longer depending on the file and demand. Current plans do not include a contractual availability guarantee or a fixed technical support response time.
Each party is responsible for its own acts and obligations. Your duties to review results and protect credentials do not exclude InfoLedger's responsibility for service defects or data processing for which it is responsible. Nothing in this agreement excludes mandatory consumer rights, LGPD obligations or remedies provided by applicable law.
9. Retention, cancellation and account closure
Documents are subject to your plan's retention period, measured from upload, and the deletion procedure described in the Commercial Terms. Storage is not a replacement for your own working archive. Export your data or download a backup before retention expires and before requesting account deletion.
Cancelling a subscription prevents the next renewal and, for an ordinary cancellation, preserves the period already paid for. Afterwards, the account returns to Basic. Deleting documents or requesting account deletion is a separate action: the effects on files, access and the subscription must be confirmed during handling. After permanent deletion, files cannot be recovered through the platform.
10. Changes, applicable law and dispute resolution
Document versions will be identified and earlier versions can be consulted through revision links. Material changes will be communicated before taking effect, with renewed acceptance where needed. Changes to prices or the offer must respect the contracted period and allow you to decide about the next purchase or renewal.
Brazilian law governs these Terms. This English text is a reference translation; the Portuguese text prevails in the event of a discrepancy, without limiting mandatory rights. Contact support to clarify questions or seek a resolution. This does not limit access to data protection authorities, consumer protection bodies or the courts, including any venue guaranteed to consumers by law.
